Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Condominium Owner's Rights

I have been denied extending my deck while the other 5 owner's in my building of condos already have them. I feel this is not only unreasonable and unfair, but puts my unit at an unfair disadvantage for resale. My property is being devalued and my sensiblity has been brused. What recourse do I have if any. I've search the web, but no legistration seems to care about the owners

Re: Condominium Owner's Rights

Based on the facts give, I have some questions. Do the bylaws provide for the extension? What reason does the association give for denying your request?

The recourse may be stated in the bylaws themselves. If not, then you can seek legal alternatives.
