Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I purchased a burial plot for my father when he passed away. I have documentation/receipts showing that I paid for the plot/stone/service. My mother was somehow issued the title to the plot. My question is I paid for the plot, she has the title, she has now passed and the executor wants to bury her in the plot that I put my father in (according to the cemetery it can be a two person plot due to cremation). Who actually has the rights to the plot? Who owns the plot? And since the title was issued in error (never knew she even had a title) if they deem it is her plot am I allowed to legally go after the cemetery association for issuing that title in error when it should have been issued to me? Thanks,

I'm not clear on exactly what relief you are looking for. Do you want your money back or don't you want your mother buried there?

If you have the receipts showing you bought the plot, then I would think you could prove that the title should have went to you, but does that really matter unless you don't want your mother buried there.
