Dissolving a Trust Fund

What is the procedure for

dissolving a trust fund in

Connectictut? The trustor is

deceased, the trustee no longer

wants the responsibility and

wishes to dissolve the trust and

distribute all funds to the

beneficiary.

Is the trust being overseen by a probate court? If not, the trustee and beneficiary should draw up an appropriate hold-harmless and release agreement and then simply distribute the funds.
