Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

My father set up a trust fund for my sisters and I. His sister (my aunt) is the trustee and we suspect financial impropriety on her part. How do I go about finding out what the trust actually says and can I request an accounting before the trust matures/ends?

I have no idea if it is revocable/irrevocable, or what the specifics are, and my dad refuses to tell us the details.

Is this a matter that an attorney could possibly assist us with.

Thank you for your help.

Yes it is. You should call an attorney who handles these sorts of matters. He/she will advise you on whether you will need to file an action in the probate court.
