Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Home Care

My sister is POA; but I live with my mother and take care of her in the evenings after work and on the weekends (she has alzheimers). My sister is refusing to have home health care assistance (stating ''we should be able to do it ourselves''). I believe my sister has the medical poa as well. Does state of CT allow me to challenge my sisters decisions on my mothers care and whether or not my mothers money can be spent on home health aide assistance?

Re: Home Care

There is such a process for taking care of your sister despite her decisions.
