my uncle was the conserevator for my late father my father recieved a sum of money which my uncle spent and has yet to file an accounting he also took propery off my father property and sold it after my father passed away took momet and made a false bill of sale stating my father so;d the car four years prior to his death what can i do to make him accountable for all the momey and property taken

You must go to the probate court and make them demand that your uncle file an accounting.
