Legal Question in International Law in Costa Rica
Power of Attorney
My mother, who lives in Costa Rica, needs to get a Power of Attorney from her sister, who lives in the state of Georgia. Can my aunt do this through an attorney here in the US or does she need to do this through the Costa Rican consulate in Atlanta?

She needs to do it thru the US Consul or Ambassy in Costa Rica.
