unknown attorney fee

I have a judgement against me two years ago, all the payment was paid and settle.my lawyer told me some are paid by the contactor insurance bond.I got a bill for 60k for attorney fee from a law firm saying the lawyer that handle the case not longer with their firm and i still owe them the bill of 60,000 and threaten to send for collection, please give me answer do i owe the firm or the insurance already paid the lawyer.they gave me till dec 26 before they send for collection.

Is this a California judgment and a California-licensed attorney? You are probably entitled to mediation of any fee dispute. Looks like you are in Ukiah; I'd start by asking the Mendocino County Bar Association if the dispute can be sent to mediation.
