Legal Question in Criminal Law in Delaware

False hit and run?

Husband has been falsely accused of

hit and run in jurisdiction over 2 hrs

away. Several witnesses avail. to

verify his whereabouts that day,

including myself. Police want him to

come down, but we wanted to know

what evidence they have to make

such grounds. Is it poss. to get this

info w/o a lawyer, or do u suggest

having one just in case? Thanks

it would be a good idea to have alibi witness statements in hand when he goes to visit police. Is it possible that someone else driving his car involved in hit n run? We have been doing criminal defense since 1978. Ed Pankowski
