Legal Question

Part of a catherization left in my beast after 4 years

In 1996 i had a cather place in my beast for chemotherapy and 6 months later it was removed. I just have a mammograph and it showed a foreign object in my beast, which has to be remove. Is this a malpractice suit?

If a foreign object was negligently left in place following prior surgery, and if it has caused you pain and suffering and/or economic injury, then you may have a case for medical negligence.
