Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Delaware

I am 1 of 5 siblings whom my parents left everything. My mom wanted me to have the house which I have lived my entire life with them and she wanted me & my sister to have and she did verbally speak with our lawyer and he agreed and we have the paperwork but as a draft and she died before. Now my brothers won't gift it to us and want money. Can't the verbal and draft paperwork be enough for me and my sister to inherent the house?

It is unlikely that the verbal agreement and draft paperwork will be upheld by the court based on the above. Talk with your lawyer for a definitive answer.

To everyone procrastinating about putting things in writing please see your lawyer and have it properly written down.
