Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Delaware

estate law

My fathe recently died, he was a widower. He left a house. No Will There ar 6 living kids. I have been told we need an executor of the estate, The house is very run down, however, the taxes need to be paid, however, only a few family members will be able to pay toward the taxes. Those who are able to pay would like to know they will have control over the property. What is the best way for one or two family member to gain responsibility/contorl of the house.

Re: estate law

Someone needs to make a loan to the estate for the payment of taxes. Then the estate pays the taxes.

We need someone appointed to be in charge and act on behalf of the estate.

Services available for a reasonable fee.

Good luck to you.
