Prenuptial Agreement

If i do not have a prenuptial, and I die. Can my wife go to the bank and take money out of my account that does not have her name on it ?

That should not happen.

Whoever is charged with settling your estate i.e. the person named in your will and/or the person the Register of Wills appoints will be given access to the account.
