I was carjacked in washington dc. They caught the perpatrators that did it , however they are juveniles. My vehicles was totaled and my contents I had in my vehicle, laptop, ipod etc. were never recovered. I want to sue the parents to get reimbursed for my vehicle and property. How can I do this if I cannot get a lawyer due to financial contraints?..
