false accusation

what is the monetary amount if i sue a busisness for falsly accusing me of stealing a bottle of alcohol , when i use there busisness to conduct monegram transaction ,and upon leaving the store they stop me from starting my vehicle and accussed me of stealing a bottle of alcohol and the police shows up , and reviews the camaras and then says i can go with no crime being committed

You could sue in the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch of the DC Superior Court for damages up to $5000 for a filing fee of $45.
