Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia

Breach of Contract/Internet Fraud

I am wondering what I can do about a breach of contract? I paid a company $200 to provide services, which they have neglected to do. They refuse to refund my money and won't respond to my calls, faxes, letters, and emails.

Re: Breach of Contract/Internet Fraud

Small claims court would appear to be your best option here, unless, of course, you're in one state and the company in another. If the latter

applies, you might want to consider writing a detailed letter to the local consumer affairs

agency in the jurisdiction where this errant company is located and see whether they can help you with your claim.
