Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia

I was "detained" at 16 for tresspassing. I went before a juvenile conference committee and followed all of the steps. Since this wasn't court and I am now 26, will this show up on a police background check for a security officers license in d.c.?

No, as a juvenile record it should remain "under seal" and protected from
