If a person is charged as a youth for armed robery 5 years ago under the junivinell law but was charged as an adult does that show up on their adult or youth record?

If the person was initially charged under DC juvenile law but then later was charged and convicted as an adult for the same offense, it would probably appear on the individual's record as an adult conviction and would not remain under seal as the record of a juvenile conviction customarily does.
