sobriety test/dui arrest

I had stopped my car, todiscover a flat tire and was calling AAA when an officer ordered me to hang up and get out of my car and take a sobriety test and then arrested me.

It's quite possible that the officer had valid probable cause to place you under arrest for DUI, based upon the facts which he observed in connection with your stopped vehicle, subsequent detention and arrest, including your alleged failure to "pass" the so-called field sobriety tests.

Better get a lawyer to represent you in this matter.
