DC law when residents die without a will

I just need to know what the stabdard of disposition of assets is in DC for persone who die without a will. In otherwords, who gets what and in what order.

For example, everything to spouse if alive, then children, etc.

See DC Code 19-302..et...seq...in any law library..but why not just make up a Will? I do a simple DC will for $100...Wishing you well...Bruce Lewis, Esq...
