Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I use portable oxygen with a conserving device at 2 liters per minute. I was forced to leave a bar, located inside, which allows patrons to smoke. A guest there complained that I was endangering her life. Do have recourse against the bartender and the absent owner whom I asked to speak with about this issue. I also called a nuber I was given t reach the owner however I was told that she wasn't in.

They do not go after monetary damages for clients, but they do investigate claims and levy fines and sanctions if they found a business has violated one's rights given to them by the accessibility statutes.
