Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida

Writ of Replevin

In the process of purchasing a used mobile home for my disabled daughter. Price 10K, put down 3K cash, 250 per month. The wall started burning, etc. Inspected found home electrical extension cord behind paneling used to wire a light!!! Wrote ''owner'' offered to renegoiate contract, used monthly payments (3) to pay electrican and plumber (as we found other hidden issues). He has filed for Writ of Replevin...I have almost 4K invested, can he get possession, what do I need to file, cannot afford to pay attorney, please help. Mobile home is hardwired to electrical pole, no license plate (it's a 70's trailer) and would be really hard to move. Plumbing is that of a ''home'' and not of a travel trailer or siminilar recrecation vehicle. Go to Court 7/14/08...pls answer
