If my bankruptcy is discharged, can the bank take money from my savings account to pay a loan?

Was the loan included in the Bankruptcy discharge? If so, then they cannot. However, if the loan was not included in the Bankruptcy discharge, then I would not be surprised to see a right of set-off in the loan agreement if you had a bank account with them (i.e. yes).
