bankruptsy and incoime tax refund

If I am in the middle of a bankruptcy can i still get my refund after the bankrurtcy is discharged. have not filed yet.

The failure to disclose the contingent asset could be grounds to void your discharge. In fact, the refund is , most likely, the property of the trustee.
