Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Chapter 11 court settlement to creditors
After a three year court case,does a trustee of a bankrupt estate (mobile home park)get to decide who he pays off,and when, (mortgage notes) All the lawyers have been paid about 9 months ago.I cannot get an answer from him.Keeps putting me off.I wrote an e-mail to him in Jan,and he said he has a plan and will be sending it out at the end of the month.It is now April.I am 75 and really need my money.The interest was supplementing my social security,until it suddenly stopped.thank you.
