prices depend on the type of bankruptcy filed, complexity of your case, jurisdiction in which you will be filing and the level of expertise of your attorney. You should contact an attorney to find out specific pricing.

The one price which will be constant is the cost of filing (court costs). If you file a Ch7 the filing fee is $299, if you file a Ch. 13 the price is $274.00
