Legal Question
My ex fiance had me take out a heloc on his property. We are no longer together hence ex. I am titled on the house, but he filing for bk. After reviewing his file the attorney stated she could obsolve me from this debt. Is this true or do I have to file for bk also. These payments are killing me.
