Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

GOOD Question, need help

I have already decided to file for chapter7. I now understand that the courts will have records of my payments to my lawyer. I need to do another cash advance to pay some bills. Will I be ok as long as I wait 60 days from the cash advance to file, or will the trustee look down on me because I already made payments to my lawyer knowing of my situation?

I would ask the lawyer that you have retained on his feeling on such. If you have not retained an attorney get a consultation quick. ajc
