Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I'm looking for advise on how to have a trespass warrant that I have received thrown out. The "landlord" of the commercial rental is facilitating my soon to be ex-husband in operating an unlicensed business. The commercial facility is where I have property that belongs to me as well as my financial records when the business was operated by me. Please point me in the right direction and Thank You in advance for your help!

If this is a trespass notice issued by law enforcement on behalf of the property owner, there is really no way to have it thrown out. If you have a legal right to be on the property based on a lease agreement, then you can sue him for denying you access to the property. If you do not have an agreement like that, you face arrest if you return and you are best off having another person obtain the property on your behalf.
