Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

big rig in miami

We are a small loan business in atlanta area. We are the lien holders (yes- listed on the state title)of a truck that apparently broke down in the miami dade florida area back in november. we finally tracked the ''owner'' down and he told us the above info. we spoke to the repair shop - they turned it over to a ''LIEN and TITLE service there in their area. the bill was 4300.00 and they now want 9600.00 to get our truck back. we never received a 10day letter or any notification from them stating that they had out truck. here in georgia the law states that you have to send out a 10 day letterallowing the lien holder and or owner the opportunity to retrieve their property. we want to know what to do now-- this is the 2nd time that we have been ''burned'' by this lien co. out of miami.

what kind of attorney is it that I need to look for?
