Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Contract
I signed a contact with the phone book company to place an add the company calls me back the next day and said they missed quoted and now wants more money and for me to resign a contract ..Is this my problem or could I hold them to there contract

Once the contract is signed and they were the ones to make the mistake, it should be their problem.
