Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have been contracted to perform a daycare service for a alzheimer patient. My assignment was completed when the children of the pt. decided to put the Pt. in a home. After completing my services and receiving payment the stopped the check claiming that their parent was missing some personall articles which was never sustantiated.
