Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

The DBPR is prosecuting with administrative complaint of violation of license law. They have attached election of rights form and i have 6 days left to return this form back, i dont know what to do, i seriously cannot afford a attorney at present moment i am just about able to do shopping. I have absolute no idea how to handle and what to tick on the form. Short explanation of the siutation is, we came from uk we bought a property management company and we took on a long term rental did not know we had to be a broker, the lady was not happy with our services, and left our management, she owed us fees because she needed her ac unit fixed. she had not signed the management agreement. when she put a complaint to the dbpr that is when they took action for management with out a brokers license but we were not aware and we had stopped management by then at least a year and have not been doing so for the past 4 years and the license is not active as a realtor have not been so for the last 4 years. I am totally lost.

The FL DBPR regulates several professional licenses and prosecutes alleged unlicensed actions. You can obtain detailed information by contacting the agency by telephone or its website www.myfloridalicense.com You may represent yourself in this matter. Return the form to DBPR with an explanation of your situation, indicating that you desire to provide additional details to explain the situation, that you are unaware of any damages caused to the complaining party. If you provide any information on the form relating to the specific complaint, you are advised to avoid any admissions until you have knowledge of the complaint, alleged damages, etc. You are advised to seek counsel of an attorney experienced in these matters since penalties, fines, revocation or suspension of licenses, or other actions may occur if you don't respond.
