Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Filing Business Bankruptcy

Hello - I have a small business in which the last two years have been barely

surviving due to my major client filing bankruptcy. I am trying to pay off

vendors that I owe, however it feels like whatever money I make is going to

them. I am thinking of filing a bankruptcy on my s corporation. Will that affect

me personally in anyway. What are the effects - or is there some sort of

restructuring I can do - i dont know if I will be able to ever pay the vendors off

and I would like to start fresh. Anyy suggestions would help
