Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am in Florida, but I am doing business as a broker with a company in Texas. My company will be buying the goods from the Texas company for export to S. Korea. The Texas company wants me to sign some private label docs that I need reviewed. Do I need a lawyer from FL or TX?
