Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Hello, I am interested in opening a home based and travel business specializing in crystal healing and colour therapy (essentially faith based healing methods) and am wondering about energy healing legalities in Florida state. I would not be administering nor prescribing or creating any type of medicines but would like to create and sell gemstone sprays (essentially a room spray). Is there any sort of licensing that I would be required to attain or certain disclaimers that I should use? I am thinking of working on a sliding scale payment (pay what you can) basis as well.

Crystal healing should not be used as (healing) is an element that leads a reader to believe that you are in a position to diagnose and treat diseases which is basically being a doctor or having some licenses. The same thing for products. Your product cannot be promoted as to cure and/or treat a condition or disease. As far as selling, the sprays should not be regulated, but that is based on the content. However, you should consider storage as it may be against the city ordinance of storing flammable substances.
