on line gaming

I have been laured into playing on line at a casino using my credit card can I report them to the credit card company? I have really over done it.

Report them for what? You made the choice to gamble. The chances are good that the company is located in a foreign country where the online gaming is legal. Florida recognizes a responsibility for payment of debts which are legal in a foreign jurisdiction even if that debt would not be legal in this state.

See Mr. Jay's reply. It is accurate with one exception. The gambling debt itself is not enforceable in Florida. However if you are sued in a jurisdiction where such debts can be enforced and a judgment is entered, then the judgment can ultimately be enforced in Florida.
