LLC Business Name vs INC name problems
I have an LLC on a business name
and another company whom I know
has simular name INC but as .COM
Inc.
I have same name LLC spelled
differently we do the same thing
online mag I also have website.TV diff
spell can they sue my in the future if
my site mag takes off

If your business name is confusing close to their business name, yes, they can successfully sue you.

Yes -- it sounds like your name is confusingly similar. If they came first, you would be infringing upon their trademark.
