Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

LLC Operating Agreement

I am starting a LLC business with just me as a ''member''. I have questions on the Operating Agreement. One being Capital Contributions and what my contributions are. Since no one else is funding my business will I be the one supplying the cash, office space in my house, office supplies etc? If so, then how do I retrieve my monies back??
