mail solicitation
i have started a small wedding oriented business. i wanted to know if it was legal for me to mail flyer offers to couples that i gather from the local newspaper announcements. thank you.(ps-these announcements would require me to look up the addresses in the phone book)

As far as I know, you would only be guilty of good business sense and marketing savvy. Go for it.
