Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
How to open buisness in U.S.? I have company in Bulgaria and I want to form affiliate firm in Miami,FL.I have Non imigrant Visa for 7 years but my family have none. What is the processes of opening a company in U.S. as a foreigner, what are the Terms,taxes and am i going to travel freely to U.S. including my family ?

I can answer the portion of your questions that falls under business law: Any person or legal entity can form a corporation. A business/corporate attorney who practices in Florida, such as myself, can form one for you.
As to the taxes, that is a question for a tax attorney or an accountant. As to you and/or your family "traveling freely", that is an immigration question.
