Patent Pending
My business partner and I are hand making a selling custom dance and fitness hoops online. One of the products we sell is a collapsable travel hoop. We received an e-mail from a woman today telling us we had to stop selling our travel hoop because she has a patend pending. These are a hand made ''Craft'' item, how can we find out if we are able to cintinue selling out collapsable hoops?
