Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Questions about filing provisional patents.

I have a few questions about provisional patents, and any help would be greatly appreciated. I know that it could hurt your patent if you file it yourself, but is it hard to file a provisional patent? Are there any things that are IMPORTANT to include in a provisional patent? Would filing a provisional patent in any way make it harder to get an international patent? And, if I file a provisional patent, and then make changes to my product, what should I do, and would it make it harder to file for a non-provisional patent? Thank you for you help!

Re: Questions about filing provisional patents.

Probably best you retain an intellectual property lawyer now, as you may have a problem even patenting the product in the US, depending on when you first commercialized it, if at all.
