sale

Recently went fishing in Ft. Lauderdale Fl caught 400 pound shark. signed a paer to mount it which stated no refund. Decided the next day to cancel. The taxidurmy office ackowledged the recent of the written order to cancel. They now say we still owe the down payment. I thought you had the rigth to cancel anything if done withinn 3 businees days. I reside in Kansas

the three day right to cancel typically applies to in-home sales/purchases (i.e. door to door salesmen).

It is a common mmyth, this three day right to cancel. It does not apply to everything. It applies to very little -- usually only sales made at your home and some other consumer transactions. It does not apply to taxidermists.
