Hi how are you .If someone sell a car on ebay receive the money but dont send car can they go to jail .

If the sale of the car involves fraud, with no intention of delivery of the car, the seller

may be convicted of a felony which could result in a prison sentence.Such convictions

depend on the facts of the case, previous violations, amount of the fraud, and other

factors, but such frauds and misrepresentation constitute a type of theft for which

a felony conviction can result.
