Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

seller has broken all convenants of contract

we bought a lawn care business, and the seller signed a convenant to not work within a 25 mile radius of kissimme for 3 years. on our return from the uk, she has broke all contract and also stole our lawns as well as money from our business account for personal use. she had full access to bank account as she was looking after our business whilest we were away. but all she has done was premeditatd as she registard a new business wit sunbiz.org 10 days before we closed on sale.and we have just found out after getting concrete proof of what she has done and is still doing. we sent her a proposal as not to go to court, and she stated we were crazy. we now need help to get her to pay for what she has done to us financialy and physicaly, and also caused us a lot of stress.this business was to give my family a better way of life, and she has taken this away from us without any remorse, and she needs to be punished severley. and we also think the broker is at fault because the was no contracts signed by the lawn owners,so we had paid $150000 for a trailer,as no lawn was gaurenteed to us by seller or broker. thank you
