I have a website and would like to use another website's terms and conditions as my own- though with some minor adjustments? What are the legal implications?

It depends on a number of factors including (a) whether the text you are using is copyrighted; and (b) how original your final text is compared to the other website's. Consult with a good IP (Intellectual Property) or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
