car hit me
is there a time limit..was hit by a car at a race track by a driver going the wrong way in the pits during a race at orlando speed world in florida on 10/8/05..is it to late to file?

However, if you were employed at the track or by one of the racing teams, and were on the job at the time, then there are different time limits.
