does florida law require fathers that owe child support to come get them from another state

More facts are needed to answer this question. Why wouldn't you want to pick up your child? There could be a dependency petition filed if you do not. Once you have the child you would want to hire an attorney to file a supplemental petition for modification of final judgment.
