Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

If me and my girlfriend had an argument and her sister-in-law called the cops which she did not instruct her to do and when the cops came she told them everything is fine we argue like every normal couple does he just needs to cool off she answered their questions no he did not hit me he is not a violent person he never ever raised his hand against me or tried to hurt me.the cops asked me to leave and I did that.30 minutes later I was going back to the house the officer came back around that same time.I stood behind a tree thinking he would drive pass and I would continue to the house to make up with my girlfriend but it did not work like that.He stopped, had me at gun point, handcuffed me,he did not find anything illegal and told me I was going to be arrested.we went back to the house he asked her again if she don't want to press charges she said no I don't I want him arrested we argue all time and make up I was not one that called in the first place I just want him to come so we can make up.The officer then said okay I'm going to arrest him for LP,was the officer in his rights to arrest for me LP because he stood behind the tree after she pleaded I was no danger to her?is it a misdemeanor?does it go on your record? my girlfirend said when she came to pay my $25 the lady there said she don't know why he even brought me in on that, was I arrested fairly?

If you cannot afford an attorney, you might get the public defender. You must plead not guilty. You could not be arrested for trespassing because no trespass warning was given to you. So, loitiering and prowling was the only thing you could be arrested for. Get an attorney.
